The Trustees
The Weir Link Community Children’s Centre is managed by and for local people. Currently there are five trustees but a recruitment drive is underway for more Trustees as The Weir Link plans to expand its activities.  The Trustees are responsible for the building, finances, strategic planning, staffing and delivering service contracts the main one being that with Lambeth to deliver the full Children’s Centre offer.

The centre has a Manager, Deputy Manager, Outreach workers and a Teacher to deliver the Children’s Centre Services and a Business Development Manager reviewing the Business Plan, fundraising and working with the Trustees on the expansion of activities, strategic development and sustainability.

Weir Link Children’s Centre Advisory Group
There is a Weir Link Children’s Centre Advisory Group composed of users, service providers, local community organisations, a representative from Lambeth Children & Young People Services and a Trustee. This Group looks at the day to day delivery of the Children’s Centre Service.

The Parents' & Carers' Forum
This forum aims to be a voice for users of the centre to influence decision making, give feedback and constructive challenge to current service providers, make suggestions on activities to be developed and to develop good relationships between users of the centre.
