Meet Harriet, a yoga teacher living in Balham and owner of Elements 5 Yoga

Harriet’s an experienced yoga teacher whose own ethos on yoga is that it should be accessible to all, especially when so many people are currently having to juggle costs. With studio membership and class prices still being very high, too many people are missing out on the benefits of yoga.

To help, Harriet is launching her own community yoga classes, bringing yoga to the community. She believes that people should just be able to show up to a class whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner.

In her words, “Some people can feel a little intimidated going into a studio yoga class but don’t worry if you don’t have the designer gear or can’t touch your toes, my classes will always be welcome to you and I guarantee you’ll start to feel the benefits in a very short time”. Community classes in a community space at a community cost 💕
